Information for all the English-speakers: While I am building up regular classes in English, I also can conduct any class in German & English for you. Simply come to me before class and we will find a way. Currently I teach in the following studios in Dresden:

Monday 6.00-7.30 pm: Prenatal Yoga
For pregnant ladies, open class

Monday 8.00-9.30 pm: Yoga for a strong back
Mixed level (suitable for beginners), open class, teaching language is German, but on demand I am happy to teach in English & German

Tuesday 9.00-10.30 am: Hatha Yoga / Hatha Flow Yoga
Mixed level, open class, teaching language is German, but on demand I am happy to teach in English & German
